Clients begin by booking a consultation session to discuss their design vision, event details, inspiration references, and preferred style direction.
Following the consultation, we refine the creative direction of your outfit including silhouette selection, fabric direction, embellishment details, and luxury finishing elements.
A fashion sketch and concept is developed for approval before production begins.
Production begins after 80% initial payment, or full payment, has been confirmed.
Each piece is handcrafted by the Komeh Swish team with careful attention to construction, fit, detailing, and finishing. Process updates are shared throughout production.
Once production is completed, final adjustments are made, the outstanding balance is cleared, and the outfit is prepared for pickup or international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated separately based on destination and package weight.
Production timelines vary depending on the category and complexity of the design. We advise clients to begin their orders early to allow adequate production time.

Clients with event dates earlier than our standard production timeline may request an expedited production service. Rush orders attract an additional rush production fee depending on design complexity, production timeline, fabric availability, and current production schedule.
Rush orders are subject to approval.
Rush fees are non-refundable once production begins.
Full client cooperation during fittings and communication is required to avoid delays.
